    Tuffy is an Artists Collectibles vinyl doll. I him in the early 90's and he has never been displayed. His box is still in pretty good shape. He has a certificate edition 470 limited to 2500. He is crying because the wheels on his truck broke and needs someone to fix it for him. How can you resist those big blue eyes. I've seen many of the "Tuffy" girls but none of the boys.
